What you can do

Just ask.

Your AI app works with your account the way you would on the website, with the same rules. You need a ShareTheStage account to connect.

The same steps on claude.ai and in the Claude desktop app.

1. Add a custom connector

   Open Customize, then Connectors (Settings, then Connectors, in some versions). Press +, choose Add custom connector, name it ShareTheStage and paste your connection address.

2. Connect and allow

   Press Connect. ShareTheStage opens: sign in if it asks, check the app's name, and press Allow.

3. Turn it on in a chat

   In a chat, open the + menu, then Connectors, and switch ShareTheStage on. Then ask away.

ChatGPT adds apps like this one in developer mode, on the web. Developer mode isn't on every plan, and on a work account an admin may have to allow it.

1. Turn on developer mode

   Open Settings and turn on Developer mode. OpenAI puts it under Security and login.

2. Add ShareTheStage

   Open your list of apps (Plugins, or Apps and Connectors, depending on your version) and press + or Create. Name it ShareTheStage and paste your connection address. If it asks how to sign in, choose OAuth.

3. Sign in and allow

   ShareTheStage opens: sign in if it asks and press Allow. Then pick ShareTheStage in a chat and ask away.

Any app that can add a server by its address works (these are called MCP servers). In Cursor, open its MCP settings and add a server, then paste this into the file it opens.

What it can't do

Some things stay on the website.

These need you on ShareTheStage itself. Your AI app sends you the link when one comes up.

• PaymentsIt can’t pay, take a deposit or touch your payouts.
• DeletingIt can’t delete your account, a gig or anything else.
• PhotosIt can’t upload photos. It tells you where on your profile to add them.
• Messages and agreementsIt can’t send messages for you or sign an agreement.
